Friday, the weather was quite nice and I wore my pointed heels. They have the cutest accents on the front (as you can see^) and are from an italian brand. My hat has an adorable bow in the back I got from  the thrift shop. My top has a nice collar which i fancy and it was purchased from Marshall's. My skirt is a burgundy color with a velvet material. I wore this during the day and for  the night time I changed into some leggings and wore a cardy over- the nights here have been getting rather chilly.

HAPPY APRIL LOVELIES

hi guys my spring break was good yet there were some unsettling events but im glad to be back at school learning something!

my vest is from the thrift shop i got it about two months ago and it's my first look wearing it.

the same for the (what i like to call) hypnotic shirt simply because it blows my mind heheheh 

although i've had it for a much longer period of time

i thought pairing them together would be unexpected due to the fact that both pieces have patterns going on

i wore my frillys (YAY) 

paired with my steve madden floral wedges which is also my first time wearing them out.

and the weather complimented my outfit nicely

i have to get going i spent my day cleaning out my clothes and found a gigantic spiders that's invaded my room and i need superman to h e l p me. srsly. HELP MEEEH

Saturday night there was a flash mob of cars full of our friends going to parties
no joke, i felt like a cool kid unfortunately none of them were cool so we ended up at point A

Sunday, I stayed home to work on homework and once I was finished Saul and I cruised to Spencer's to barbecue for his birthday the day before and we also had cake.

the weather was really nice which bummed me because i spent most of it indoors. 

but i still had a great time

 So many things I love about this shirt. First of all, THE FRINGE and secondly the sunflower it has on the front and lastly I added some tie dye in the back which I LOVE SO  MUCH

 I also customized this denim jacket with spike studs and wore it once the weather started feeling chilly.

my cousin was the chef and made lasagna for my sisters and i.

she made me my own casserole of cheese lasagna, i am sooo loved hehe

my leopard coat i bought from ebay, but it's originally from forever 21.

I have not shopped there in a good while.

quite honestly thrift shopping over f21 any day. 

I feel like I want to try something new. Yet, I don't  know what exactly.

 my earrings are made my a woman who does not repeat her sets, therefore, they are one of a kind!
also, they are handmade. she cuts, and layers her glass. they are astoundingly beautiful and give different shades of pink and clear colors when the sun hits.

hi everyone! on Tuesday I went to Saul's school Thanksgiving dinner. Family members and relatives from students were invited. The staff was incredibly nice and I felt welcomed. I'm excited for tomorrow... thanksgiving! What are your plans?

DIY: adding details to denim shorts

hellooo! I have finally come around to adding details to my shorts!

As you can see I purchased a rose patch, lace material, feathers, needles, and string.

Total was less than $10!

It took me a little while to figure out where I wanted to place what, 

but once I did; it was simple.

I should mention, this was my first time ever, sewing...

All I did to the remaining lace was to cut it so it could look precise. 

Then, I began with the feathers.

It was difficult at first because I had to figure out

how I was going to sew them

However, once I did it was easy

(much more easier than the lace!)

After I added the same amount of feathers to the

other side of the pocket

Lastly, I added the patch by ironing it to the front.

I'm happy with the results.

It turned out better than I thought

and it's definitely something different,

other than studs!
