I am wearing ALL men clothing in this outfit post. The cat shirt was given to me, it's from the Target men section and I customized it. My shorts are men Levi's I customized as well. My thigh high socks (barely shown) are from eBay!

 I'm now on TUMBLR! I made a fashion blog specifically for my style, and fashion ideas. Make sure to follow it as well ^_^ I will still post here my DIY's and what not but I decided to give tumblr a try since it has many users whereas blogspot is less of a social site. My top is from the thrift shop (sadly they are gone now) I feel lost and don't know where I'm going to purchase my fabulous grandma clothing. I paired the top with a velvet skater skirt similar to American Apparel skirts with my creepers. I'm standing 5'3" today haha.

DIY: TIE DYE

 A couple weeks ago I got new dyes (although I have the belief it would have looked cooler if I had more than two dyes) and i decided to tie dye. I got the dyes from ebay at an affordable price. I got a stain on of the shirts then decided to tie dye and the other shirt is from the thrift shop and it has a white daisy on the left arm with a pocket, it's quite cute. I didn't get pictures of the setup but basically you boil water then let the dye in for a minute after so it will get the color well and you have the option to slightly wet the shirt (or whatever it is for that matter) then add the dye. I made a mini clip on my vine mayra reyna so you have an idea of what I did. I didn't realize I didn't get any photos of the process because I was too excited for it was my first time tie dying! My mom even said  it looked like I was doing witchcraft and casting spells aha. I plan on doing more joy :-)

Friday night I hung out with my friends, and made some new ones so it was rather exciting. I took a lot of different photos for this look because there were so many small details I loved about my top. My top I got from a thrift shop-- seriously gals and boys! if you have not been to any I highly encourage you because shops are great to find vintage pieces-- my top as a really nice pattern on the top as you can see. Also, it has slits down on the sides. My skirt I got from F21 ages and ages ago I believe for about $5. My denim jacket I customized myself. Thigh highs you can find just about anywhere I prefer to buy from American Apparel, Ebay, or Ross. Of course, I wore my creepers which are from ebay. They were praised at last night PRAISE JESUS typically they are frowned upon or once someone said "those are interesting," i don't care what people think but it was nice for a change :-)

Friday, the weather was quite nice and I wore my pointed heels. They have the cutest accents on the front (as you can see^) and are from an italian brand. My hat has an adorable bow in the back I got from  the thrift shop. My top has a nice collar which i fancy and it was purchased from Marshall's. My skirt is a burgundy color with a velvet material. I wore this during the day and for  the night time I changed into some leggings and wore a cardy over- the nights here have been getting rather chilly.

I wore my chucks for a UO contest via Vine. Follow my vine (mayra reyna). As you can see it was extremely windy and there is a geese creeping behind me no big deal it wants to befriend me.

My sequin top I bought ages ago from F21 the cardigan is from the thrift shop and I customized my high wasted shorts.

HAPPY APRIL LOVELIES

hi guys my spring break was good yet there were some unsettling events but im glad to be back at school learning something!

my vest is from the thrift shop i got it about two months ago and it's my first look wearing it.

the same for the (what i like to call) hypnotic shirt simply because it blows my mind heheheh 

although i've had it for a much longer period of time

i thought pairing them together would be unexpected due to the fact that both pieces have patterns going on

i wore my frillys (YAY) 

paired with my steve madden floral wedges which is also my first time wearing them out.

and the weather complimented my outfit nicely

i have to get going i spent my day cleaning out my clothes and found a gigantic spiders that's invaded my room and i need superman to h e l p me. srsly. HELP MEEEH

Sunday, I stayed home to work on homework and once I was finished Saul and I cruised to Spencer's to barbecue for his birthday the day before and we also had cake.

the weather was really nice which bummed me because i spent most of it indoors. 

but i still had a great time

Two Door Cinema Club

Wednesday, Two Door Cinema Club came to Santa Cruz for their first time ever and my first time seeing them live and let me say that they were amazing. everyone's vibe just made it that much better there was a lot of charisma in the air. Saul had never heard of two door but after the concert he said he had tons of fun, and now two door is on his ipod. 

I filmed a get ready with me video and additional footage. I'll link that video once it's edited (sometime during the week) also,some other fun videos :)

the weather wasn't pretty at the start of the night because it was raining.

 my earrings are made my a woman who does not repeat her sets, therefore, they are one of a kind!
also, they are handmade. she cuts, and layers her glass. they are astoundingly beautiful and give different shades of pink and clear colors when the sun hits.

hi everyone! on Tuesday I went to Saul's school Thanksgiving dinner. Family members and relatives from students were invited. The staff was incredibly nice and I felt welcomed. I'm excited for tomorrow... thanksgiving! What are your plans?
